The Top Employers methodology has been developed by the CRF Institute, the independent organisation behind the Top Employers projects. Key to the project is that all participanting organisations must exceed the objective rating standards of our HR Best Practices Research. Since 1991, we have assessed and certified over 10,000 organisations using our methodology. More than 2,500 leading organisations in 12 countries on three continents have participated in our Top Employer projects.

Over and above our experience, the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs concluded that our Top Employers Certification Seal is 100% reliable. According to its analysis, the project is completely trustworthy in its judgments, certifying only the Top Employers that meet the standards of excellence in HR policies. Our seal is the only one of its kind to receive such praise. As the Top Employers methodology is the same in all countries, this assessment is valid for all Top Employers projects around the world.
