CRF has been operating in the UK since 1995 and runs three annual projects:
o Britain's Top Employers
o Top Legal Employers United Kingdom
o Top IT Employers United Kingdom
What is the difference between these projects?
1. The discipline. As the titles suggest, these projects aim for a specific target group. For instance, Top IT Employers are either organisations that are specialised in this specific field of activity or major organisations with a premier IT infrastructure that want to get recognition and be able to show their employees and future staff that they are an employer of choice for IT professionals.
2. The research and HR Best Practices Survey. For example, the Top Legal Employers benchmark provides you with organisation insights regarding your HR policy and practices for law professionals. By contrast, the Britain's Top Employers project considers the overall HR Management of your organisation. For each project, we work in close association with specialised partners to develop and harness the best qualitative and quantitative research.
3. The visibility. In conjunction with our media partners, we generate significant exposure for your organisation through a variety of specialised media and fora. Each project has its own media plan.
